Reports and Analytics

The Reports section gives you a clear picture of how your business is performing — revenue, orders, and outstanding payments.

How to Open Reports

Go to Reports from the main navigation (bottom bar on mobile, left sidebar on web).

What Reports Are Available

Revenue Summary

Shows your total earnings for a selected time period.

  • Total billed — Sum of all order prices in the period
  • Total received — Payments actually collected
  • Outstanding — Amount still owed by customers

Order Summary

A breakdown of orders by status:

  • How many orders are Pending, In Progress, Ready, Delivered, or Cancelled

Customer Report

Shows which customers have placed the most orders and how much they've spent.

Filter by Date Range

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Tap the date filter at the top.
  3. Select a preset (Today, This Week, This Month) or set a custom range.
  4. The report updates automatically.

Export or Share a Report

  1. Open the report you want to share.
  2. Tap the Share icon (top right).
  3. Choose to share as PDF or screenshot via WhatsApp, email, or save to your device.

tip

Check the Revenue Summary at the end of each month to see how much is still outstanding, and follow up with customers who haven't paid in full.
