Is TailorMate free to use?

Can I use TailorMate on multiple devices?
Yes. Log in with the same account on any device — Android, iOS, or web browser. All your data syncs automatically.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?, enter your email address, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
Customers and Orders
Can I add multiple measurements for one customer?
Yes. Each customer can have multiple saved measurement profiles — useful for different garment types.
Can I track an order that has multiple garments?
Yes. You can add multiple garment items within a single order and track them together.
What happens if I delete a customer?
Deleting a customer permanently removes their profile, measurements, and all associated orders. This cannot be undone.
Billing
Does TailorMate support partial payments?
Yes. You can record advance payments and TailorMate will automatically track the remaining balance.
Can I share a bill with a customer?
Yes. After generating a bill, you can share it via WhatsApp, SMS, or email directly from the app.
Technical
The app is not loading. What should I do?
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app.
- If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Is my data backed up?
Yes. All your data is stored securely in the cloud and is automatically backed up. You will not lose data if you switch devices or reinstall the app.
Is TailorMate available in my language?
TailorMate currently supports English. More languages are planned for future updates.
